We are hiring a Personal Manager to work closely with the Founder. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role requiring discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Core responsibilities:
End-to-end calendar, schedule, and priority management for the Founder
Manage all professional and sensitive communications (email, WhatsApp, calls)
Act as a gatekeeper: filter information, align priorities, and protect time
Coordinate travel, logistics, meetings, and daily execution plans
Ensure follow-ups, closures, and accountability across internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential documents, information, and personal matters with discretion
Support special projects, time-bound initiatives, and high-priority tasks
Coordinate vendors, service providers, and external contacts as required
Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and solve problems without escalation
Mandatory requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Personal Manager
Prior experience supporting a
Founder / CXO / HNI
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
Ability to work beyond fixed hours when required
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable handling ambiguity and pressure
Non-negotiables (read carefully):
This is not a 9-to-5 coordination role
Requires availability, ownership, and trustworthiness
Zero tolerance for confidentiality breaches or missed follow-ups
Good to have:
Experience managing both professional and personal responsibilities
Exposure to fast-paced startup or high-pressure environments
Strong command over Google Workspace and productivity tools
