We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant
to support day-to-day operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively. A background in finance will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily schedules, appointments, and calendars.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups.
Handle travel arrangements (ticketing, hotel booking, itinerary preparation, etc.).
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and correspondence.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Track deadlines, reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support in basic reporting, data entry, and documentation.
Assist in finance-related tasks such as expense tracking, reimbursements, and maintaining petty cash (if required).
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience as an Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Finance background or exposure will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling travel and meeting coordination.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
