About the Role



As the right hand to our Founder, you'll enable seamless operations by blending

strategic support

with

personal task management

. You'll navigate a dynamic startup environment, ensuring the Founder's time is optimized for high-impact decisions while handling both professional and personal logistics.

Key Responsibilities Core Operations



Calendar & Time Management:

Proactively manage the Founder's calendar, prioritizing meetings, investor calls, and deep-work blocks. Shield focus time from interruptions.

Communication Gatekeeping:

Screen emails, calls, and messages; flag urgent items. Draft responses for routine correspondence.

Travel & Logistics:

Book flights, hotels, and local transport (Uber/Ola) with cost efficiency. Prepare detailed itineraries with backup plans.

Meeting Support:

Coordinate agendas, pre-reads, and tech setup (Zoom/MS Teams). Attend key meetings, take notes, and track action items.

Startup-Specific Tasks



Investor Relations:

Schedule pitch decks, update CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and track follow-ups.

Document Management:

Organize pitch decks, legal docs, and reports using Google Drive/Notion.

Event Coordination:

Plan team offsites, investor dinners, and conferences.

Personal Support



Lifestyle Management:

Handle personal appointments (health, family), gifts, and household errands.

Ad-Hoc Problem Solving:

Resolve emergencies (e.g., last-minute travel changes, tech issues).

Must-Have Qualifications



Experience:

3+ years as an EA/PA to C-suite in startups or fast-paced firms.

Skills:

Tech Savvy:

MS Office/Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, expense tools (RazorPay/Zoho Expense).

Communication:

Fluent English + Hindi, Kannada, Telugu; crisp professional tone.

Traits:

Discretion:

Handle confidential data (funding, HR, legal) with zero leaks.

Proactivity:

Anticipate needs before asked.

Adaptability:

Thrive amid changing priorities.

Work Ethic:

Willingness for occasional late nights/weekend support (with comp time).

Conditions



Hybrid Work:

4 days/week in-office (Hoskote or Bangalore), 2 days remote.

Travel:

Domestic travel with Founder 2-4x/year.

Confidentiality:

Sign NDAs covering company data and personal information.

Probation Period:

90 days with bi-weekly feedback sessions.
