We are looking for a mature, highly organised, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing day-to-day business and personal activities. This is a high-responsibility role that requires discretion, flexibility, strong execution skills, and the ability to operate both independently and alongside the Director in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment.
Female candidates with prior relevant experience as a Personal Assistant will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Director's trusted support partner, assisting the Director both on his behalf and alongside him in managing daily business and personal activities.
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, reminders, and priorities end to end
Coordinate emails, calls, follow-ups, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Handle execution, coordination, and follow-through of tasks delegated by the Director
Provide comprehensive personal assistance including appointments, errands, travel planning, documentation, and daily coordination
Ensure alignment between personal commitments and business priorities
Support business operations through documentation, tracking, reporting, and coordination
Assist with interview scheduling, client meetings, and internal follow-ups
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, drivers, and external parties as required
Travel within the city and occasionally outside the city for business needs
Support the Director during meetings, travel, and external engagements
Remain available in office until the Director concludes official work, as required
Work flexible hours aligned with business priorities

Director's day runs smoothly, efficiently, and without avoidable interruptions
Tasks, commitments, and follow-ups are proactively managed and closed on time
Communication and coordination are handled professionally, accurately, and discreetly
Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is mandatory
Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills
High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
Comfortable handling sensitive personal and business matters
Proficient in Email, Calendar, Google Workspace / MS Office
Compensation & Engagement
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and role fit
