We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support daily personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good time-management abilities, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize the employer's schedule.
Inform and remind the employer about upcoming meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Handle personal errands such as bank visits, documentation, and basic paperwork.
Use a computer efficiently for basic tasks (emails, documents, etc.).
Book rides (Rapido, Uber) whenever required.
Order groceries, fruits, and vegetables through apps like Zepto.
Assist in managing gym routines, diet plans, and daily health reminders.
Provide general day-to-day support to ensure smooth and efficient personal management.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, online tasks).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
Familiarity with mobile apps such as Uber, Rapido, Zepto, etc.
