This role encompasses administrative tasks, employee record maintenance, recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding), payroll handling, HR policy compliance, as well as managing company finances including budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and proficient in HR and financial software, ensuring efficient operations, seamless talent management, and sound financial oversight.
