smart, presentable, and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to Promoter & Chairman
. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality while working closely with top management.

Minimum 3 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Education:
Minimum Graduate - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management tools, and digital communication platforms.
Current Status:
Currently employed or recently employed
Key Skills:
3-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to changing demands.
Flexibility for extended hours, travel, and urgent deadlines where required.
Role Summary
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Promoter & Chairman. This role ensures efficient scheduling, smooth coordination with internal/external stakeholders, timely follow-up on tasks, and effective management of executive priorities with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
1. Executive Calendar & Scheduling
Maintain accurate calendars, schedule meetings/travel, and ensure timely reminders.
Prioritize appointments and manage scheduling conflicts.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and manage correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups if required.
3. Meeting & Task Management
Organize executive meetings, prepare briefing materials, and track action items.
Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by or to the Chairman/Director.
4. Travel & Logistics Support
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Manage related documentation and expense reporting.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized files and confidential records.
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and research summaries.
6. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with departments, clients, and partners on behalf of the Chairman/Director.
Ensure professional handling of requests, issues, and VIP engagements.
7. Administrative & Personal Support
Handle administrative tasks, personal errands (as required), and special assignments.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion.
