Position: Personal Assistant
Preferred Gender: Male
Work Type: Full-Time (Online + In-Person Meetings as Scheduled)
Location: Ahmedabad (for scheduled in-person meetings)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and format official letters, forms, and documentation.
Complete online and offline forms for medical, government, or institutional purposes.
Coordinate appointments, calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Conduct internet research and prepare concise summaries of findings.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Meet and coordinate with professionals or institutions as required (including domestic and international travel).
Qualifications & Requirements
Age: 20-30 years (preferred)
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Medical, Life Sciences, MBA, B.Com, etc.)
Language Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to communicate effectively with offices and professionals in Canada, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, Scanning, and PDF handling.
Personal Attributes:
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and follow instructions accurately.
Capable of preparing analytical and management briefs for senior management.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or assistant roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Mode
Hybrid: Primarily online with flexible hours.
In-Person: Attendance required for scheduled meetings in Ahmedabad.
Compensation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
