-Calendar and schedule management: Manage and coordinate the director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
-Communication and correspondence: Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the director.
-Meeting coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
-Travel and logistics: Book and arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistical details for business trips.
-Document preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
-Liaison: Act as a point of contact and liaise with internal departments, external partners, and clients.
-Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Project assistance: Provide assistance with project management and event planning as needed.
-Administrative support: Organize and maintain files, manage databases, and perform various other administrative tasks to support the director's work and help optimize their time.
Skills & Competencies :
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
