Position: Personal Assistant to Owner (Mr. Harish Patel)
We are looking for a
smart, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant
to manage daily administrative tasks, communication, and coordination within the office. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with day-to-day office tasks and schedule management.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email correspondence professionally.
Maintain client data, files, and appointment records.
Coordinate with the visa filing team and clients for document updates.
Manage social media updates, client follow-ups, and reminders.
Handle travel arrangements and basic administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any field)
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome if well-presented & confident)
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Proficiency in
MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and Google tools
Punctual, presentable, and trustworthy
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)
