Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Personal Assistant

to support the senior management team at our hardware product manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent multitasking skills who can handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage and organize the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments for senior executives. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents. Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.

Travel and Logistics:

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for management. Organize logistics for events, meetings, conferences, and client visits.

Client and Vendor Relations:

Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors. Assist with inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with clients and suppliers as required.

Office Management:

Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, equipment, and general administration. Handle office errands, such as courier services, document submissions, and other general tasks.

Time Management:

Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met. Anticipate needs of senior management and provide assistance before being asked.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information and data with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:



Education:

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Personal Attributes:

Professional and courteous demeanor. Highly dependable and trustworthy. Able to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
