We are seeking a proactive, organized, and trustworthy
Personal Assistant
to provide administrative and personal support to [the Director/CEO/Manager]. The ideal candidate will be efficient, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the employer.
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate personal tasks and errands when necessary.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Track expenses and assist with basic budgeting or reimbursements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
