Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Calendar Management:

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

Communication:

Act as the first point of contact; screen calls, emails, and correspondence.

Travel Arrangements:

Book flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.

Errands & Personal Tasks:

Handle personal errands, shopping, and other personal assistance as required.

Event Planning:

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and social engagements.

Document Management:

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Expense Tracking:

Manage receipts, submit reimbursements, and assist with basic budgeting.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; tech-savvy. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Discretion and confidentiality are a must. Driver's license (if errands or transport duties are required). Flexibility with working hours and tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
