About the Role: (Preferably Male candidates)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support Dr. Sanjay Jain, President of Bhagwan Mahavir University and the BM Group of Schools. This is a high-responsibility role that requires discretion, excellent communication, time management skills, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Dr. Jain's calendar - scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Handle all forms of communication on behalf of the President - emails, phone calls, letters, etc.
Coordinate with senior staff, faculty, directors, and external stakeholders.
Organize and prepare for meetings - including gathering documents, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and reports.
Handle domestic and international travel plans, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Maintain a systematic filing system - both digital and hard copies.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of decisions.
Support event planning and public relations activities involving the President.
Represent the office of the President with professionalism and discretion at all times.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Google Workspace knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
