Personal Assistant (PA)
to support the Director in daily business and personal operations. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and multitasking ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director's
daily schedule
, appointments, and travel plans.
Attend and coordinate all business meetings and calls
- in person, on phone, or online.
Handle
incoming and outgoing communication
on behalf of the Director professionally.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and franchisees as needed.
Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative support.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and decisions.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Act as a point of contact between the Director and external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Business Coordinator.
Strong verbal and written communication in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Professional presence with the ability to represent the Director confidently.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in
MS Office, Google Calendar, and email handling
.
Trustworthy, punctual, adaptable, and composed under pressure.
