Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director (MD) in daily operations. The PA will act as the right hand of the MD, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain the MD's schedule: meetings, appointments, events, and reminders. Coordinate internal and external meetings, video calls, and conferences. Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and databases. Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries, transportation, and accommodations. Prepare travel expense reports and track reimbursements. Coordinate personal appointments, and events for the MD as needed. Ensure the MD's workspace and time are managed efficiently for maximum productivity. Coordinate with different departments to collect inputs or updates for the MD.
Skills

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Management). 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar executive support or personal assistant role. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in business communication, both verbal and written.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
