We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Candidate
to provide HR and administrative support to the management team and assist with day-to-day personal and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties:
Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and documentation.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Coordination & Support:
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other third parties.
Support in organizing company events, functions, or meetings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree.
2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
