Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
Assist with basic administrative and personal tasks (such as delivery coordination, office errands, or purchases).
Prepare simple reports and maintain data in Excel, Word, or Google Sheets.
Provide basic online or social media assistance if required.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge -- MS Word, Excel, Email, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Punctual, honest, and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification:
Minimum
B.A
pass .
Previous experience as a personal or office assistant is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM]
Sundays off or as per company policy.
