Responsibilities

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and task follow-ups.
Support with personal errands and tasks to help maintain work-life balance for the executive.
Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Provide regular status updates and proactively flag potential scheduling conflicts or issues.
Suggest process improvements to enhance the executive's productivity and overall workflow.
