JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing social events and activities, ensuring they
meet the needs and preferences of the individual or organization they support. This role also involves
accompanying the client or principal to events, providing on-the-day support, and handling all logistics
to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Accompanying to Events
o Personally accompany the client to
high-profile events.
o Manage the logistics of the client's
schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and
departures.
o Handle any last-minute changes or
adjustments, such as seating
arrangements or transportation.
o Serve as the client's point of contact
during events, managing any
unforeseen circumstances or guest
interactions on their behalf.
o Ensure the client is fully prepared for
each event, including outfit
coordination, briefings on important
guests, and managing any last-minute
changes.
o Be present during the event to manage
any unexpected situations (e.g., dealing
with media or ensuring privacy) and
make sure the client's needs are met at
all times.
2 Personalized Support
o Coordinate personal travel,
transportation, and accommodations for
clients attending events.
o Assist with managing the client's
calendar, ensuring they are prepared
for upcoming events and meetings.
o Provide discreet assistance with any
personal or professional matters before,
during, or after events

Executive Support:
o Provide day-to-day administrative
support, managing schedules,
appointments, and meetings.
o Proactively manage the executives'
calendar, ensuring optimal time
management and avoiding scheduling
conflicts.
o Organize and prepare materials for
meetings
o Handle confidential and sensitive
information with the utmost discretion
and professionalism.

Vendor Management
o Source and negotiate with vendors
(caterers, entertainers, florists, etc.) to
ensure quality service and delivery.
o Coordinate logistics with vendors,
ensuring they meet deadlines and
agreed-upon terms.
o Monitor vendor performance and
troubleshoot any issues that may arise
during events.
