We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director in daily operations. The PA will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, handle communication, and help streamline business activities, ensuring the Director's time is optimized effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
Assist with personal tasks and errands, as needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure the Director's workspace is efficient and functional.
Coordinate events, board meetings, and business functions.
Track and manage deadlines, follow-ups, and project timelines on behalf of the Director.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with scheduling and project management tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
