1. Maintain Excel Sheet of Expenses.
2. Record/Bills Keeping.
3. Cordinate with other Branches to maintain the account book updated

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Account assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
