Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised

Personal Assistant

to support the

Managing Director

with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and official documents. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and task execution. Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics as required. Maintain records, files, and important documents in an organised manner. Assist in follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Handle visitors, calls, and communication in a professional manner. Perform other administrative or office support duties as assigned by the MD.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA / B.Com / BA).

Experience:

1-2 years in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Professional attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
