Job Title: Executive / Office AssistantJob Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of

for data entry and maintaining sheets

through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email to collect required data

Fix appointments

with clients, vendors, and internal team Handle

outgoing and incoming calls

for client details, follow-ups, and work status Keep records of people contacted and work completed Coordinate with team members and update daily work reports Assist in routine office and administrative work
Skills Required

Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, simple formulas preferred) Good communication skills Ability to speak politely and clearly on calls Organized and responsible attitude
Qualification

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Prior office or assistant experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
