You'll support the founder in daily operations, coordination, communication, and execution of tasks. This role requires someone who is fast, proactive, and can handle chaos with calm clarity. No excuses, no handholding.
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Coordination & Admin
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally
Draft documents, notes, reports, and follow-ups
Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met
2. Travel & Scheduling
Book travel, accommodations, cabs, meetings
Plan itineraries and ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with external stakeholders as needed
3. Communication & Follow-Up
Act as the founder's communication bridge
Follow up with clients, vendors, team members
Prepare summaries, minutes, and action items
4. Operational Support
Assist in project coordination
Manage basic data entry, research, documentation
Support in event scheduling, workshops, sessions
5. Personal Task Management
Handle small personal errands (online/offline)
Manage purchases, bookings, reminders
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Required Skills
Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
Strong organization and time management
Tech-friendly (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, basic tools)
High attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and adjust fast
Problem solver--not someone who waits for instructions
Experience
1-3 years in executive assistant / PA / coordination roles
Freshers with strong discipline and learning mindset can apply too
