Create purchase orders and send them to vendors/parties via email.
Inventory Order Status Tracking:
Maintain and update order status in Excel for all company inventory items.
Product Handling:
Work on product-related tasks such as design coordination, sample follow-ups, and basic product data management.
Documentation:
Maintain product-related documents, specifications, and files in an organized manner.
Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with manufacturing parties regarding product details, production status, and updates.
Skills & Requirements
Experience with
MARG software
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Excel
(data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
Good
email communication
skills for sending POs and follow-ups.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple parties and track multiple orders simultaneously.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
