Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily schedule, calendar, and appointments
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing briefs and meeting materials
Handle email correspondence, calls, and messages on behalf of management
Assist with travel planning, logistics, and expense tracking
Support documentation, presentations, and project coordination
Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential company files
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors professionally
Assist with event coordination, recruitment scheduling, and company communications
Handle occasional personal or administrative errands

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator (experience in the tech industry preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism
Ability to work independently and anticipate management needs
Flexibility to manage occasional after-hours communication or travel coordination
