Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
2. Travel & Event Management
Organize meetings, conferences, and events as required.
3. Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage confidential documents and communication.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
4. Office Management (if applicable)
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Support other administrative tasks and projects when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with project coordination or event management.
Familiarity with travel planning tools and expense management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
