Description:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives within our company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive's office.

Responsibilities:

? Support the CEO team in day-to-day brand responsibilities.

? Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

? Office Management

? Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of assignments.

? Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.

? Help prepare for presentations by creating any necessary marketing materials (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, marketing books etc.).

? Collaborate with the team, and engage with cross (Ops, Creative, Packaging, Project Management, Consumer Market Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to aid in portfolio management and innovation projects.

? Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

? Conduct research and compile information as needed.

? Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives.

? Draft and prepare emails, letters, and other correspondence.
