Act as the primary point of contact for the Founder, managing communication and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Founder.
Travel coordination (domestic and international) when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Preferred
:
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of [any specific industry-related skills, if applicable].
Prior experience in assisting top executives or founders is a plus.
