Personal Assistant
to provide high-level administrative support and assist in the smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Organize files, documents, and records efficiently
Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and bookings
Assist with personal and professional tasks as required
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred.
