We are seeking a motivated and skilled
Personal Assistant cum Business Development Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative expertise, business development skills, and experience in human resource functions. The position will be pivotal in supporting senior management and driving business growth in the builders and interior design industry. This role is open to both male and female candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties
:
Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team.
Manage and prioritize daily tasks, meetings, and appointments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Organize travel, events, and meetings for senior leadership.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain accurate and organized records, including emails, calendars, and files.
Business Development Duties
:
Identify new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sector.
Develop and execute strategies to increase the company's market presence.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, contractors, and industry partners.
Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs.
Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and ensure that business agreements are executed to satisfaction.
Work closely with the project management and sales teams to meet organizational goals.
HR Functions
:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
Support HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and training.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Coordinate employee development programs and staff welfare activities.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
