Act as Personal Assistant to the Principal Architect / Management
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders
Handle official emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups
Maintain office administration, files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Assist in HR & admin tasks such as attendance, leave records, and basic coordination
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills
Good communication (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Immediate or short notice period
