Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's
daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle
emails, calls, and correspondence
professionally and promptly.
Prepare
presentations, reports, and documentation
as required.
Maintain
confidential records and files
of the management.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for business follow-ups.
Assist in
travel bookings, event coordination, and office administration.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support in decision-making tasks.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Skills & Competencies
Good
spoken and written English
communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Presentable personality with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain discretion in sensitive matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant.
Female candidates only.
Working Hours
11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Compensation
Salary:
20,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
