Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to clients for introductions and follow-ups.
Schedule and manage appointments using CRM tools.
Maintain Natasha's calendar and ensure timely reminders.
Coordinate with clients in
English & Hindi
for seamless communication.
Record and update client details in CRM.
Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication in
English and Hindi
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable with client calls, scheduling, and coordination.
Prior experience in
Customer Service / Telecalling / Client Relations / Front Desk
preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.
