Job Summary



We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will handle daily schedules, communication, documentation, and coordination tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Maintain files, records, and confidential documents Draft letters, reports, and official communications Assist with office administration and follow-ups Manage reminders, deadlines, and task prioritization Handle personal errands or assignments when required Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes Support day-to-day business and personal activities of the employer

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate or equivalent qualification Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Ability to multitask and work under pressure High level of discretion and professionalism

Preferred Requirements



Experience in corporate office or real estate / coworking environment Familiarity with documentation, billing, and coordination tasks Flexible working hours when required
