Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized
Personal Assistant
to provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate should be highly responsible, efficient, and comfortable handling both office and personal tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the employer's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle routine management, including daily schedules and reminders.
Coordinate and make travel arrangements such as flight, hotel, and transport bookings.
Manage personal errands and household-related tasks as required.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
Assist in event coordination, reservations, and other personal commitments.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination between personal and professional engagements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of travel and booking procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling tools.
Preference:
Female candidate, preferably married, aged 35 years or above Should be comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
