Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities
Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of commitments
Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and summarize key information for decision-making
Support in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and other business activities
Manage emails, calls, and communications efficiently
Handle personal tasks for the CEO when required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
High level of communication style ( English, Hindi)
Plus point for Proven experience (1-2years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
