We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO/Founder. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes of meetings (MoMs)
Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and follow-ups
Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents for meetings and reviews
Track important projects, deadlines, priorities, and action items to ensure timely execution
Plan and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements
1-4 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership
(Freshers with strong organizational and coordination skills are also welcome to apply)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
Willingness to travel as required

Pay: ?10,164.15 - ?32,673.71 per month
