Role Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Personal Assistant (PA)

to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow up on

payments

with clients and maintain proper records. Draft, manage, and respond to

emails

professionally. Maintain communication and build positive relationships while

dealing with clients

. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and data management. Prepare basic reports and update management as required. Support management in routine tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills:



Good

English speaking and writing

skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. Professional attitude, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

B.Com

or

B.A

. 2-3 years of experience in Admin Department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
