We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations. The role involves administrative coordination, scheduling, communication management, and assisting in office administration across group companies. The ideal candidate should be professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
Manage the MD's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
Draft and review emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Administrative Support:
Handle office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping.
Assist with vendor coordination, procurement, and administrative purchases.
Oversee courier, stationary, and asset management.
Liaise with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for interdepartmental follow-ups.
Support in organizing office events, reviews, and company meetings.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow up on pending tasks, project timelines, and action items assigned by the MD.
Maintain professional communication with directors, managers, and clients.
Other Duties:
Handle personal work and travel arrangements of the MD when required.
Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to administrative protocols.
