What You'll Do:
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for senior executives
Draft and manage official communication via email and documentation
Create and maintain reports, records, and presentation materials
Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, events, and travel plans
Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and deliverables
Manage internal team coordination and daily operations
Oversee document management and maintain data confidentiality
Design basic creative materials using Canva for internal/external use
Support in email marketing tasks and campaign follow-ups
Maintain dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other tools
