Personal & Business Assistant to Proprietor - Ladies' Ethnic Wear Wholesale
About the Role
We are looking for a highly reliable, proactive, and adaptable individual to assist the Proprietor in managing both business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the Proprietor, ensuring smooth order management, customer coordination, and handling day-to-day personal requirements with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
Manage wholesale orders from booking to delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Follow up on payments, invoices, and client queries.
Maintain stock and order records.
Assist in product selection, quality checks, and packing supervision.
Handle basic correspondence and calls on behalf of the Proprietor.
Personal Assistance
Manage calendar, appointments, and travel bookings.
Run personal errands (bank work, utility payments, shopping, etc.).
Organize personal files, documents, and household tasks.
Maintain confidentiality in all personal matters.
Requirements
Graduate or experienced in a similar role (retail, wholesale, admin, or PA).
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and WhatsApp communication.
Highly organized, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to make decisions independently and take full ownership of tasks.

Timings:
10:00 AM - 8:30 PM (flexibility required during festive seasons)
Salary:
Based on experience + incentives for exceptional performance
