Your Role

• Cardiopulmonary Bypass Management: Operate heart-lung machines and ensure optimal oxygenation and perfusion during cardiac surgeries.
• Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vitals and blood parameters to maintain safety and effectiveness.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the safety and functionality of perfusion equipment.
• Medication & Blood Product Administration: Administer medications and blood products as needed during surgical procedures.
• Collaboration with Surgical Team: Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document all procedures and adhere to medical and safety standards.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in perfusion techniques and technologies.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Perfusion Technology from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Perfusionist, with a proven track record in managing complex cardiac procedures.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating advanced perfusion equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent decision-making skills under high-pressure conditions.
• Patient-Centered Approach: A compassionate attitude towards patients and their families, with a focus on delivering empathetic and safe care.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
