Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Consultant with strong expertise in

Micro Focus LoadRunner

to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scripting, workload modeling, and performance tuning.

Design and develop performance test scripts using

LoadRunner

Execute

load

,

stress

,

endurance

, and

volume testing

for web and enterprise applications.

Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks in application, database, and infrastructure.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and system administrators to resolve performance issues.

Prepare detailed performance test reports and provide recommendations for optimization.

Work with stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and SLAs.

Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Your Profile

Exposure to

other performance tools

(e.g., JMeter, NeoLoad).

Familiarity with

cloud-based performance testing

(AWS, Azure).

Basic knowledge of

monitoring tools

(Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

Understanding of

Agile methodologies

and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
