We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer



Principal responsibilities

Understand the Requirement Create Tasks in JIRA Create Test Scripts for Performance Testing Execute Performance Test Scripts Send Daily and Weekly Status Report Defect Reporting and Tracking Performance Test Sign Off

Requirements


Work experience of 4+ years in Performance testing and engineering area

Understanding the non-functional requirements Designing the test scripts, workload models, Executing performance tests Keeps on improving the processes and capabilities in performance testing and engineering Troubleshooting the performance issues in test and production and identify the root cause of it Good Analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills. Team Player who is self and quick learner. Understanding of test management tools, JIRA and Confluence Who can take complete ownership of assigned tasks, be accountable and committed Hardworking and flexible to work base on project demands Must have hands on experience understanding into end-to-end performance testing lifecycle Must have hands on experience on scripting using load runner and Jmeter tools Good knowledge on enterprise architecture and micro services Experience is troubleshooting the performance issue, bottlenecks. Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment. Effectively co-ordinate nonfunctional testing results to different stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of using IT systems and reporting tools. Ability to multi-task efficiently. Ability to work as part of a Global virtual team across multiple regions. Exposure / Knowledge of Performance engineering to enhance performance of system. Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain. Exposure of performance testing enterprise application end to end. Good to have exposure to Cloud technologies, Kubernetes/PCF, system architecture.
