Oversee the execution of tests using Loadrunner and Jmeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. - Provide detailed analysis and reporting on test results to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes into the software development lifecycle. - Develop and maintain testing documentation to ensure transparency and traceability of test activities. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in performance testing methodologies. - Monitor and evaluate system performance metrics to proactively address potential issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools to enhance productivity. - Support the development team by providing insights and recommendations based on test findings. Qualifications - - Possess strong technical skills in Loadrunner and Jmeter essential for effective performance testing. - Demonstrate experience in IT Consulting and Analytics which is beneficial for understanding project requirements. - Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret test data and derive actionable insights. - Show proficiency in documenting testing processes and results for clear communication with stakeholders.
