Job Title: Performance Testing Lead


Location: Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Pune


Exp: 8+Years

7+ years of experience in performance testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.


Expert-level hands-on experience with JMeter.


Strong understanding of performance testing types: load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability


Experience with profiling tools and APMs (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus).


Solid understanding of API testing, network protocols (HTTP/S), and web technologies.


Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret performance data and logs.


Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, Shell, Python) and automation.


Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.


Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
