Performance Test Engineer of Experience: 4-7 years

Preferred location is Noida client office (However, client has office in Hyderabad and Bangalore also)We are trying to convince client for remote option also.

Role: Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Testing and Optimization

Design and execute performance tests using JMeter.

Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks for better application performance.

Collaborate with feature teams to identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues.

2. Monitoring and Analysis

Utilize Splunk for logging and analyzing system performance.

Leverage Anypoint monitoring skills for overseeing MuleSoft services.

Monitor AWS API\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s to ensure efficient operation and performance.

3. Stakeholder Management

Effectively communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Drive feature teams towards solutions and improvements based on performance data.

4. CI/CD Pipeline Integration

Integrate performance testing scripts and tools into CI/CD pipeline.

Ensure continuous performance evaluation throughout development lifecycle.

Collaborate with DevOps to automate performance testing process.

5. Project Management and Documentation

Proficient using JIRA and confluence for documentation and project management.

Comfortable working in agile methodologies, contributing to the efficiency of scrum teams.

6. Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and their impact on system performance.

Proficient in writing complex SQL and SOQL queries on Snowflake and Salesforce workbench to extract important KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c 7 years of experience as a performance tester / performance engineer role.

Proficiency in JMeter for performance testing.

Experience with Splunk for logging and performance analysis.

In-depth knowledge of AWS services and their application.

Familiarity with Mulesoft and Anypoint monitoring is a plus.

Strong ability to communicate results and insights to technical as well as non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive teams to solutions.

Proficiency in JIRA, confluence and agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of Scrum team dynamics.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce services is a plus.

Proficiency in writing SQL and SOQL queries.

Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline integration and automation:

Experience in integrating performance testing tools into CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with DevOps teams to automate testing process.

Must-Haves:

Proficient in JMeter.

Proficient in Splunk Search & Reporting

Proficient in CI / CD pipeline.
