Requirements: Experience 6 to 8 yrs . Perform current state maturity assessment . Perform Gap analysis between current state and Industry standards . Identify Digital transformation themes and levers . Build Digital transformation task plan . Performance Test Strategy definition . NFR validation & management . Value addition ideation & implementation . Collaborate with Enterprise architects to build user journey vs business process vs backend vs infrastructure crosswalk . Collaborate with infrastructure team to implement enterprise level monitoring . Collaborate with development & operations team to implement standard centralized logging , tracing & dashboards . Build centralized repository of templates for strategy , test summary reports , performance issues and solutions . Periodic status reporting to leadership throughout the engagement.
